Noyan Atelier

Modern Slavery Statement

Noyan Atelier is committed to upholding human rights and ensuring that modern slavery, forced labour, and human trafficking have no place within our operations or supply chains.

  1. Our Responsibility

As a responsible sourcing and procurement company operating in Australia, we recognise our obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) to proactively assess, address, and mitigate risks of modern slavery across our operations and supplier relationships.

  1. Ethical Supply Chain Commitment

We work exclusively with carefully vetted partners and suppliers who demonstrate a shared commitment to fairness, dignity, and ethical labour practices.

All partners must comply with labour laws, covering fair wages, safe working conditions, working hours, and freedom from coercion or exploitation.

  1. Due Diligence

Our ethical sourcing process includes:

  • Comprehensive supplier vetting with ethical compliance checks and supplier declarations
  • Prioritisation of Australian-certified and internationally accredited manufacturers and brands
  • Avoidance of partnerships with suppliers operating in high-risk jurisdictions unless clear evidence of compliance and ethical practices is demonstrated

  1. Awareness and Training

We continuously educate and train our team to identify, manage, and report risks of modern slavery throughout procurement and vendor management activities — fostering a culture of vigilance, transparency, and ethical responsibility.

  1. Reporting Concerns

We encourage any concerns regarding potential modern slavery or unethical conduct to be reported confidentially to: info@noyanatelier.com.

  1. Continuous Improvement

Noyan Atelier is committed to annually reviewing and enhancing our modern slavery risk management approach, ensuring that we meet or exceed our ethical obligations and legal responsibilities.
